1. General Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare products, not all items are eligible for return or refund. Products must be handled carefully to maintain safety and quality standards.


2. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Medicines that have been tampered with

  • Clearance or near-expiry items (unless damaged or incorrect)


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed after verification

  • Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider


5. Return Process
